UCC will provide you with a dedicated Care Manager who will discuss your service and the staffing you need, ensuring continuity and a correct evaluation of what support your service users require. A profile will be sent for each staff member that is booked to attend your service. This will enable you to ensure they have the experience and skills you need to compliment your staff team.
